"Body horror" like this is fun to create. There's a scene in the movie The Skin I live in, sort of similar to this, but played for dramatic purposes and damn does it still stick with me. I wanted to emulate that atmosphere but then paint it with a big brush of 'dark comedy' instead.

I guess imagine if John Landis directed a TG based body horror film.... that's kinda how I roll. That unapologetic sense of humor even in the grimmest of situations.

Also, I'm considering doing your character here bases, and I want to transform this final page pose of Masato looking down at her new equipment into one such base, is that something you guys might be interested in?
