[Comic] Syn's birthday Bulkie (Patreon)

I don't know what PowerUP Labs put in this Bulkie, but the results are incredible! 😮

Today is Syn's birthday! It was a special occasion for me to work on a first prototype of my new "comic commissions" (big thanks to LoreGattyas for coloring it)!
