I can relate to that feeling. Since Corona, I have amped up community engagement & been providing daily content to our community groups - developing content, notes/handouts and facilitating events - one daily event with new content daily, and another event every two weeks... Combine that with work and other responsibilities, it got to be A LOT. .. I had to reframe the boundaries and make the daily content twice a week using the same information for both days and stretch the content for the other event to be used twice in the month. I also instituted a 3 month break which ends next month. It helped a lot. Everyone will "consume" whatever you provide, so for my own wellbeing and joy, I had to update the "feeding schedule"... 🎬🎬
