I've been spending the last few days modelling the setting for my next project.

Have to admit, I haven't been happy until the pieces came together.  When I finished the shell, I thought the house was too big for a couple that will not have any kids.  As I worked on the roof, I thought it was going to be a total train wreck.  But once I put windows in it and looked at it, I was very happy with how it turned out.  The roof still has a minor issue, but I don't think it will ever show up in the eventual story, so...

It still has some work to do.  I'm thinking about adding a brick or stone apron around the base, and I'm about to work on the ground.  When I look at the structure, I'm picturing a wooded/secluded location instead of the middle of the neighborhood, so after working on the ground, I'll have to surround it in a wall of trees like I did with the pool from Friends Forever.

It's taking some time to construct, so it could be a week or so before I'm ready to start on the actual story, but since I plan to set this one entirely in the home, at least I won't have to construct another set when this one's done.

I'm also having a hard time thinking of a real title, and I have an idea to actually call it Untitled #13.  I might be able to work that into the story...or a variation of it...
