I'm thinking this will be project #12.  Another bully story, but this time the bully (Rusty) will push to be friends with the new kid (Elliot) in school after learning they have something in common.  While exploring an abandoned building, they're subjected to an experiment inside which makes them grow.  The bully wants to use his new size to get back at the adults who hurt him in the past, and it's up to his new friend to get him to let go before doing something he'll regret.

Details are iffy right now as I'm considering the subplots.  Possibilities include other students trying to convince Elliot to stay away from Rusty, or some of the school jocks who bully Elliot because of the friendship.  I will make this another story with a troubled family history.  Hoping to keep it a 6-part/150 page work instead of 8-parts/200 pages, but who knows.  Because the characters are going to be 16 or 17, it will be clean - their relationship will be strictly platonic.

Also it could be a couple weeks before I actually get started on pictures.  I'll have to create the entire universe from scratch, and since I don't have details down in my head, I'm not sure what sets I'll need or want.  Once I get Aiden's Bully behind me and start work on the sets, I'm sure I'll nail down the details.  I do have mock-ups of Rusty and Elliot, and I've been planning to create a sample image as a preview, but I've been buried in Aiden's Bully.

Feel free to chime in with ideas and suggestions.  Or let me know what you think.

Reading someone else's story last night, and the missing element came to me...a girlfriend for one of the jocks! It seems so simple now...

Just have the details to settle on...like what is the growth catalyst? I want it to be a failed/abandoned experiment that had nothing to do with growth/muscle growth because I have a few jokes in mind surrounding the abandonment of a project that produced an unexpected "success." But even then, I'm not sure if it's a physical liquid they drink/come into contact with (I'm personally leaning toward it being a failed, new printer ink), or if it's a machine that creates a beam similar to the size-changer from the SOTH series. Also trying to settle on the growth itself...I think I want it to come in stages, so it doesn't raise eyebrows in the beginning, but also need the stages to be dramatic enough that they're not taking 20 steps like in Transforming Tyler. My current thinking is the growth is a percentage of their current size, so the growth magnifies with each step. Wrapping up Aiden's Bully in the next couple days, so there won't be much preliminary work on FF, and then I'm expecting to take two weeks to build and decorate sets, so I'll have plenty of time to nail down details before the story work begins.
