Updated Sims 4 Community Library for the For Rent patch and also have a couple other fixes!

- Fixed an EA issue when sending satisfaction points

- Fixed an EA issue when checking tuning attributes.

- Passed the correct values to CommonExcutionResult

- Fixed some text issues in some commands.

- Added exception handling for Alarm Handles.
