TOTK RANDOMIZER UPDATE NOTES - v0.4.2

Additions:

• Added 60 Teleport Locations (20 Shrines, 20 Overworld Shrines, 20 Light Roots).
• Added 20 Items (20 Monster Parts).

Changes:

• It is now possible to receive Vows outside of Temples again. However, there is only a small chance, and it's still guaranteed to get a Vow by beating a Temple. If you already got 5 Vows and complete a Temple, you will receive another Key Item that is not a Vow.
• Made it so that only 3 Prohibitions can be active at the same time to prevent situations where the player can't progress at all for a long time.

Bugfixes:

• You no longer get thrown off Zonai Devices and Horses after the monk announcer text faded away. Please note that you should not stop controlling a Zonai Device or a Horse while the text is still on the screen to avoid a bug.

Optimizations:

• General code optimization.
