Requirements:

- DBLin's Face type_Western.

- Hanmen's Nex-Gen Eyes & Nex-Gen Shaders.

- The blade part of the disc is connected to her (invisible) inner. You can simply turn it off and on with this.

-If you don't want this effect permanently, just remove the 6th accessory.

- The neon color can be changed or turned off in ME(or RE in studio).

- You can create various effects through the Renderer Editor and Timeline plugin.
