You will never lose anything purchased like diamonds or cosmetics. You got the Sexy Mechanic outfit in July, if you are a sub in August you will also get the Cow Girl Outfit.

Hi, I was a platinum tier but accidentally cancelled my subscription yesterday... is there a way for me to get back on that tier? I really want that outfit!

Unfortunately no. There isn't a way to get platinum at this time as new packages are being reworked due to the key outage. Basically if you cancel your sub you will not be able to buy back into the tier. We apologize for the inconvenience but not being able to provide more keys is driving this and we unfortunately have very little control over that process.

Yes the outfit will make its way to the in-game store roughly 30 days from when it is first made available.

Oh wow. I would seriously consider upgrading to platinum for a month if I still could just to get that outfit early. I love cow themed stuff. Also, would you be able to disclose who your artist is? The concept art here and in the art in game is awesome.
