Mayrina (Patreon)

(Some pretty minor spoilers for a side quest in Baldur's Gate 3):

In Baldur's Gate 3, there's a woman named Mayrina who's in the clutches of a hag and being forced to eat piles of gross treacle pies to, probably, turn her future child into a hexblood or somesuch so the witch can raise it. That's about as far as it goes -- really we just get the line "if I eat one more bite of pie, the rest is going to come back up and say hello!", but hey, a woman moaning about being miserably full of pie just grabs my attention.
