I'm not sure why, but the bottom panel really tugged at me. I think it's Saffy's supportive but grounded in reality tone that there's seemingly no way Parker's going to magically go back to being thin again. I could easily see her being the (actually) supportive relatively-thin friend who helps Parker slim down a bit. She's a good friend, through thick and thin.
