1. Primary wersion for COtR2 Vanilla replacer will be SSE

This does not mean that the LE version will not be just a priority for development will be given to CE

2. About development process

The development process of the vanilla replacer will consist of three main stages

a) Injecting COtR resources and recreating slider system for vanilla races.

b) Regenerating NPC on new resorces

c) Creating unique face presets on new mod resources for main NPCs
