My friends, you voted for a songwriting lesson on the monthly wishlist - and the timing could not be better :) I put together a new short song recently and in this lesson, I would like to show you exactly how I came up with the main parts.

Here are your files for this lesson (Backing Track, Guitar Pro file, PDF Tabs, Song): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TOKrr-dQ0GtIQP6Bh3G62UIEvwNGnPeV?usp=sharing

I really hope you enjoy this song, it will be out worldwide on September 3rd! In case you want more practical lessons like this one, make sure to check out the Moment House Online Clinic I'm hosting on September 17th: https://www.moment.co/bernth/bernth-guitar-clinic

And as always, here's a Dropbox link in case Google Drive doesn't work for you: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5vezqjtsyy0vyjv/AABx9LZ5Y-XeeySrHGqw5ozpa?dl=0

Thanks Bernth. Just started playing again (ulnar neuropathy) and trying to regain speed and technique. I struggle with progressions for choruses. I know it depends on the sound I'm going for but any recommendations for this would be appreciated only if you have the time. I have to work during the clinic otherwise I would join. Thanks again.

Hey Eric, are you currently working on your picking hand or fretting hand concerning the recovery? When it comes to the fretting hand and smoother transitions, nothing has helped me more than legato - here's the course I put together on this topic: https://www.patreon.com/posts/184-ultimate-30-54171102

Dude your amazing Thanks again for the great music and lessons. I'm almost 40 and I practice your stuff every day. I played off and on for years since I was a kid could never commit but these past couple years, I found your content and I've made so much progress You're such a great teacher. It takes quite a while to get used to all the stuff you're teaching like constantly making sure my wrist and shoulder are loose and stuff I never thought of. Sorry for rambling but you've helped me kill so much time and helped me improve I really appreciate you man.

You recommended that when I said I had trouble sliding my pinky from e to f and back to e at the beginning example 3, #201. I completed that 30day course and saw improvements. Thank you! The ulnar neuropathy is in my right (picking) hand unfortunately. I think it is a result of my arm/wrist being too tense during alernate picking even though I made an effort to stay relaxed.
