Patreon is Broken Again (Patreon)

Patreon is broken.

Since the new update to the site's organization and layout, we've begun to have issues with Phantom Blocks ( users being registered as blocked, but not appearing in the blocked list to UNBLOCK ), emails and usernames not appearing when searched in both direct messages and the audience tab, declined cards en masse, and overall difficulties navigating/finding info.

We sincerely apologize if you or any other Patreon patron has experienced this. It was neither our doing or intention!

If you've been blocked recently, we are sorry! We block very FEW patrons, only blocking those who redistribute our content to other platforms-- a violation of Patreon's own user agreement. We will wait to see if we are able to unblock persons, but-

Blocking AND declined cards have contributed to a significant Patreon fund dip. We would please ask our Patrons to check and see if their cards have been STALLED, STOPPED, OR FROZEN DUE TO SUSPICIOUS CHARGES. This is suspected to be due to Patreon's move to Ireland, which registers some card charges as SUSPICIOUS FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS.

We thank you for your patience with us. The holidays are a busy time-- and many SP members are juggling their end of semester finals, family issues, and holiday events. SnaccPop as a team fires off all cylinders as often as possible, but the creation process is difficult and long even without all these festive obstacles to dodge.

If you've been blocked, we'll see to unblocking you. Please make sure your cards are not, yet again, frozen by Patreon's move. And we've got a lot cooking, so thank you again for your time!
