AphroDesia Starts Now! [Production Update] (Patreon)

The initial lore-setting has been completed! AphroDesia's writing is now in a stable enough status to use it as a launchpad for the new series!

We apologize for the length of time, but we found it crucial to convene and make sure the series itself is prepared for long-term storytelling. This means making sure the lore is logical, consistent, and well thought out so that fans can enjoy the series with as few plot holes or issues with the narrative as possible.

And with that, we're happy to announce that AD members currently not able to work on the comic (audio editors, scriptwriters, and VAs) will begin work putting together a series re-introduction in the form of an origin-story audio drama!

Featuring new characters, old characters, and all the information fans of the series could possibly need, we look forward to bringing you all this double-production effort!

More updates to come, but Patreon patrons should expect a one-month exclusivity period before the drama drops for free to the public to go alongside the comic!

NOTE: The audio drama itself is intended to prepare audiences for the series. And as such, it may "retcon" prior AphroDesia content. It should be noted that AphroDesia: Cupid X Mafia is its own canonical interpretation! And while many elements may be similar or familiar, it is just that!

This one-shot story prologue should set the scene for what's to come, and can be consumed from start to finish with little confusion!
