"What are you lookin' at? Something wrong? Come on in, the water's fine!"

This was the HARDEST drawing I have done in years.

I redid that water, like, 5 times? I spent 3 days just painting and repainting that water. I looked up painting tutorials and a million references images to try and figure it out... Ripples are difficult to draw. It's basically like a big, wavy mirror that's also transparent... But I learned a lot!

Anyways, on to the next one!

I'll send out the high resolution files to May's Patrons on the 5th of June, when pledges process.

Thanks for the support! I hope you like this one! it was a technical one, for sure!

The water effects are breathtaking. The rest too. >_>

All the work was well worth it, cos the water looks amazing here. It follows her body, the motion, lighting is great, transparency is stylized well. I really like how this turned out. And to be honest, I was wondering how you gonna do this, cos I knew this will be a difficult one. Painting water properly is next level shit. Hands? Give me hands all day, but don't make me draw water XD.

Thanks Freimgul! It is true that hands are easy by comparison! But I imagine if I did it enough, it'd become easy, eventually. XD
