April was a heck of a month! (Patreon)

Now that April is over, I've had some time to think about the new Nude/Non-nude content, and how I feel about doing it... 

In short: I love it! 

For a while now, I've kind of just nestled into a comfortable, safe little routine with my art... and while I always struggle to improve, the excitement and motivation that I used to feel when drawing has transformed into more of a meditative process. I don't generally have big artistic discoveries anymore, and instead only tweak and fine tune my process as I continue on the path. I still enjoy it, but there are little to no surprises. I have a process, and I stick to it, and it works to achieve the goal I set out for the drawing. It's enjoyable in a relaxing way, and I feel the reward of accomplishment with every finished drawing, but... it's become predictable. 

Now, however, drawing these nudes feels fresh, and exploratory! I really am not sure why, but it is! I am finding myself surprised again by the process and results, and that's really exciting! I have tons of ideas now for scenes and themes I'd like to try, going forward.  

And speaking of surprises... the support you all have shown me here has been crazy! April has seen the biggest growth in patrons ever in my history on Patreon, with over 100 new people! Hello new people! Welcome aboard and thank you! 

With the support you all have shown me, I feel like I can be a little more daring, and a little more honest with my work. I've always loved sexy art, but in the past I stopped doing nudes because I didn't want to lock my career entirely behind creating other people's lewd fantasies... But after talking with you all over the polls, and reading the responses to last month's works, I really feel like I can follow my own muse, and you all will be on board. :)

So thanks again, everyone! As for May, I think we will spend some time with Sassy elf. It's getting warm here, and a nice picnic or drinks by the pool sounds fun! ;)
