September Update - New Course, new Book of the Month, and more (Patreon)

Hi everyone - It's been a really good month here, as we have been busy on multiple fronts, creating content, starting the online courses, and preparing to run our own book series. 

First of all, we have a news piece doing quite well the last couple of days (getting about a thousand reads an hour). It's about the discovery of a couple hundred books and manuscripts in Romania.

Our next Book of the Month will be a little different from usual. The Battle at the Halfway Oak and the Spanish Count are two historical fiction scripts by Steven Muhlberger. It's published by our friends at Witan Publishing and its about two different real events from the Hundred Years' War: The famous Combat of the Thirty at the Halfway Oak, and the intrigue involved in ransoming the Count of Denia.

Finally, we are one of the partners in setting up an online conference - Easter in Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages will be one-day conference held on April 1st of next year. We were asked by the editors of the journal After Constantine to team up with them to organize and host this conference, and we are excited to do so :)
