Hello guys. I just want to let everyone know that I am improving emotionaly these past weeks. I managed to get my self active again. I've also been distracting my self with karaoke. It's really helping me with the pain. It occurs in the morning when I wake up and it feels like hell. Singing makes it go away somehow, it gives me a "high" of sort. I guess it's another form of breathing exercise and made significant changes in my emotional state. Luckily the neighbors are fine with the noise and understood what I'm going tru. Hopefully by next month, I can be fully functional and get my attention span back again. I'm looking forward to working on the next toro-toro guest chick.
