RC npcs (Patreon)

So as EP3 build is nearing completion, I've been keeping my self busy doing these npcs. These guys will be added when we update the build. We could add this this month, but importing the animation to PCG's program will take a lot of time. Hence, it has to be to added after EP3 is in the wind. Nevertheless, this is my answer to the call which people have been complaining about the stations lacking "activity". By adding these "roaming NPCSs" it will enhance the RC experience, making the stations lively. As you can see, I made the female characters "yummy". The purpose is to use them for other purposes in the future, and i bet you guys know what I mean TEE HEE.
