Policy Change for Sketch and Colored Tier! (Patreon)

We're going to be giving people a 4 day deadline to get in any sketch changes. For more information about this, keep reading.

How's this work?: Simply put, clients who receive a sketch from us will be given four days to offer their full feedback before we move on to color phase or simply finish the commission as it is.

Are there exceptions?: Yes! If you discuss with us beforehand that you're not gonna be available to offer feedback, then we'll make a case by case accommodation for your situation. However, near the end of our two week patreon window, all work will be finished and any further changes will incur a fee (unless we screwed something up.)

Why are we doing this?: Muhny does all his monthly Patreon work within a two-week period every month. After that, we work on commissions and then repeat the cycle the following month.

Time is money, and any time we spend working on Patreon outside of these two weeks is time we are making 0 money when we could be making money off of commission work. As money is perpetually tight for us, Muhny himself has requested we make this change.

THAT SAID! As we normally close submissions on the 8th of every month, we'll give you till then to decide if this new policy is fair and give your feedback. If you wish to part ways with us, we will happily refund you your monthly slot no questions asked, and we humbly thank you for your continued support all this time. <3
