IOS changes and prices (Patreon)

I beg you, anyone that uses IOS to use and pay on patreon to change and pay from other payment method if you dont wanna pay the apple TAX, from what i read its 50% increase so If i had 10 $ tier you would need to pay 15$, so 5$ for apple and about 1,5$ to patreon, paypal etc.
