Oops! Berried was a promotional cereal that was released for a limited time as a promotion for Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Each cereal ball was infused with a hyper-concentrated dose of blueberry juice that was enough to fill a person for an entire day. Unfortunately, the concentrated juice wouldn't diffuse until about 20 minutes after eating, so many customers ended up eating an entire bowl or two before they realized the mistake they made.

Technically was never recalled, the promotion simply ended.
