Breath of Fire IV - Massage (Patreon)

At one point in BoF4, you have to leave Nina in the hands of Marlok, a fish-man with a strong appetite for pretty young women. As Ryu and co adventure around on Marlok's errands, occasionally the game cuts back to show Marlok's advances on Nina - at one point she gives him a massage, and as he decides to return the favor, the screen cuts to black and Nina calls out.

Pretty sure he just touched her shoulder or something, but a client of mine decided he went quite a bit further:
