Hey guys ! 

This is Sarah and she's been hiring a coach lately to make sure she makes the best out of each workout and right after the first session he gave her a huge bottle of vitamins. He said it was very important she takes as much as she can to be healthy and make sure her diet is correctly assimilated by her body.
