Hello there dear patrons!

We hope that you enjoyed Sakura Maid, and that it made you happy to see this small project come to life :)

Today I want to talk to you about becoming a patron, to clarify something. Since we have changed the way the payment goes, supporters become automatically patrons the day that they pay. Which means, the next month, they are charged on October 1st. So any supporter that signs up in September can request a Steam key for that month's release (Sakura Space in that case), for example.

How we proceed is that when the game is made available early for patrons on Steam, we send out an e-mail with your key in it. Anyone that signs up later that month, they have to contact me by message so that I can verify payment and send them their key. We sadly have no automated function for this, so if someone becomes a patron later in the month, they have to contact us privately. Thanks for understanding! Hopefully one day there is an automated function for this.

Next, for the next installment of Sakura Maid, we have decided that she is going to meet a dragon girl! Stay tuned to see some sketches of that before the release! Also, Sakura Nova is now on Steam Greenlight! See more about the game in these joined images!

The sheer amount of hate and the impressive amount of effort that's put into people saying on Steam how sick they are of the game is truly amazing. Look, I'm not gonna BS anyone; I like this company for very simple reasons, and you know what? It's great. It's a solid, reliable product line with excellent customer service and support. Most AAA games that the vitriolic critics on steam like couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge that their customers even exist, yet here when I have an issue it's addressed and resolved WITHIN THE DAY. Personally. :D Keep doing what you do, Winged Cloud.

Thank you! Personally, my view is rather that... things exist... for all kinds of people. If you don't like something, go enjoy whatever you like? What is wrong with having *some* people enjoy our products and doing our own line of games the way we feel like? As long as it's selling, we can continue doing this. It's like telling us that we are not allowed to exist or do something because their opinions and tastes aren't matching what we're doing. It's bound to happen, these games are not for everyone. Just really strange, I find.

How do we actually contact you privately for that thought I'm new to this so I'm still figuring out how it works lol

For me, you go up the right corner where your profile image is, and a dropdown menu shows 'Messages' in second option, click on that to message us :)
