I'm hesitant to call this a dress; it's more like a cloak that happens to wrap almost all the way around the torso. And with matching veil and undies. Either way it's pretty and she looks lovely in it. This game is going to be chock full of art, what with the costumes, event CG, and monsters. It's no wonder you guys have been enlisting Inma more for your traditional VNs, since this is probably taking up all of Wanaca's time.
