So far, patch is always posted here and never delivered with the game itself. So I suppose it will remain like this.

I dont know of the specifics of steams TOS for games with nude data. I am aware of another series of games that have the nude data already a part of the game and all you have to do is add a blank file titled as "nude.patch" and I would LOVE to see this implemented. But there could be TOS issues that im unaware of

For some reason, I tried to install Sakura MMO 3 on Steam, but every time I try to play the game crashes on startup. Verifying the game files doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work, changing the install location doesn't work...I'm tempted to just torrent the game and see if I can play at all! I'm at my wit's end!

If it crashes, the engine creates a traceback.txt, in there you should find your error, which is causing you trouble.

So, most for most of the patches, a file was being replaced, but for three of them (Cupid, Dungeon, and Magical Girls), a file was being added. For example, for Cupid, there's an existing "archive.rpa" file, but the new file is "assets.rpa". In this case, is the assets file supposed to replace the archive file, or was the addition of the file intended?

The addition was intended. You just copy that new file in the "game" directory and you are good to go.

First you go to the folder of the game you downloaded the patch for. There you should find a "game" directory. That is where you need to extract the files to.

The Sakura Swim Club Patch isn't working. I downloaded the file from both this post and the other one, but neither .rar file worked. I put it in the "game" folder.

You have to "extract" what is inside that .rar file. Inside you should find a "game" folder with some files in it. Copy the "game" folder you just extracted to where you have installed the game and reply "Yes" when it will ask you if you want to replace the already existing files/folder.

Okay, thanks. What's the best way to extract the files, because when I right-click on the .rar file it doesn't give me that option?
