Hey guys. Really quick note. Unfortunately due to financial problems. I'm unable to continue paying for the $40 tier. However, I'm going to be trying to stay with the $20 tier. Since I'm decreasing the amount. Am I going to be charged for payment on the 1st still for the $40? Or for the $20? Only reason I'm asking is because bills are so tight right now. It would be a great help if I could only get charged for the $20 rewards. If not I understand. Please, get back to me. I'd really appreciate it.

They charge at the start of the month instead of the end, so I’m pretty sure a downgrade will reduce the cost starting on the next month start. Most Patreon creators charge at the end of the month the payment is for, but WC charges before the month happens, so you’ll probably only pay $20 on may 1st. Don’t take my word as absolute truth, though

The first time you subscribe, you get charged instantly, then you get charged on the 1st day of the month, which mean as long as you decrease your tier before the end of April, then on May 1st you will be charged the new/modified amount. Then for May you will only have access to the new tier stuff
