The manga is about 60 chapters ahead of where the anime left off. Absolutely worth reading. Kurapika is one of the main characters in the current arc in the Manga. God tier story telling but also one of the most complex arcs of hunter hunter to date. I’m not trying to spoil you just entice you to actually read the manga despite there author going on multiple Hiatus. Rumor has it that he will resume writing the story soon and his wife will be the one to do the art. She is also the author of Sailor Moon. She is a well respected mangaka as well

Glad Mel is enjoying this. HxH is my favorite show. I've learned why I like Frieren so much as well; it's because they are similar. There is a minor over arching story (gon finding his dad and Frieren getting to Aurole) but all of the meat in between and the journey is the joy. It's fluid and everything feels meaningful.
