TLDR; you ain't missing much From what I remember of the Light Novels, I'd say this was the weakest arc in the source material. Not much was in there that's too consequential for Ayanokoji. A lot of monologuing that can be done without. I think it's better that this arc took the hit so we can get even a little more of the other arcs.
