The spider being able to see the arrow kinda makes sense when you consider all the factors about the ants and their abilities to take on traits of what they eat the spider for example spidey senses heightened senses so it isn’t out of the ordinary for the spider ant to be better with certain senses and unlocking certain abilities than the other ants and we just learned some of them are more gifted than others

regarding your concern of the spider who could see the Nen arrow. if u accepted that Pito was born with Nen then I think it is logical that the spider could at least see the Nen arrow

you couldn't see hisoka's bungee gum because he purposely used zetsu on his aura or smth to make it invisible right? so i assume normal nen is a lot more visible
