Walt has done some bad stuff but I just look at him as a villain. I love Walt cus he’s such a good villain lmao

Regarding your post episode conversation - remember that Hanks boss in the DEA got fired after the truth about Gus came out. Just because he had him under his nose all this time and kept in close relationship with him. And Hank was there to witness that.

NinoDonDino

I mean "then maybe your best course would be to tread lightly..." can be both. You can see it as "you know that I am Heisenberg and what I am capable of" but also as "I am just your brother in law, and if you don't know that, maybe thread lightly before you do something that destroys this family." But yeah, it sounds more like a threat in this situation and because of the way he says it. And we know that that's what Walt ment.

Kozmo

I think it’s still a threat but he says it with such hesitation and lacks conviction. You can tell Walter was struggling to even say it, but you knew he had to because Hank wasn’t going to let it go.

adabkooo

you guys should check out on YT the behind the scenes / bloopers of S1-S4, its pretty fun to see characters like Walt being all friendly on set after this S5 intensity 😂

YoungMaki

Would y’all consider reacting to snowfall?

I'm sure Hank felt a mixture of emotions when he realised Walt is his man but I do like that the main emotion you see is anger since Hank is a prideful man (like Walt) and he must have felt humiliated and betrayed by Walt

Roberto Rojas

They actually did say how long it has been in the first episode of the season when he’s a denny’s

Dan Sopranos

I swear to god the writers of this show really struggled for creativity ... these characters on this show are all bipolar ... without reason they were ok then not ok then ok again then not ok again 🤣 Skylar was a bitch to Walt than understanding then bitch then understanding Jesse was ok then depressed then ok Walt was a nice guy then asshole then nice I think the writers were bipolar

2023-11-07 22:11:34 It's so good seeing the parallels of Fring using his chicken restaurant as a cover for his operations and Walt using the car wash as a cover for his money and when Walt is talking to Lydia and trying to play it off like he's just the owner reminds me so much of how Gus would be at Los Pollos when Walt would show up. The show even points in that direction when Mike tells Walt: "Just because you shot Jesse James, don't make you Jesse James". Jesse James was a famous train robber. Two episodes later Walt and Jesse's train heist plan is successful. Mike was wrong about Walt, people like to give him too much credit because he's more likeable even though he's a criminal too. Walt had to take out Gus for Walt safety or his family's. What, was Walt supposed to just roll over?

it’s called not having one note characters that have just one label attached to them. the show has actual good writing and so a character is not just known for being “angry” or “depressed” or “bitchy”. they are effected by the events that happen to them and have their own reasoning for feeling the way they do that makes complete sense when you look at what they’ve gone through.
