Dope reaction, yeaaa Rukia’s bankai is awesomeee. I think Hitsugaya’s bankai is still the strongest. We still haven’t seen his full potential. But yes, Rukia’s is by far the prettiest

So the main difference between Rukia and Toshiro's Ice powers is this: in terms of sheer volume and control, Toshiro has greater control... in terms of how cold they can get, Rukia's ice is colder as she can reach Absolute Zero (i.e. -273 degrees celcius or 0 Kelvin degrees). So Toshiro has greater command of ice but Rukia's ice is more deadly
