To talk about Ichigo’s swords cause you said in the first episode he said goodbye to the old man so he only got the hollow left. But he still got both. The old man was trying to say goodbye but ichigo stopped him. That’s why he got 2 swords. The big one is the hollow and the small one is the old man. The ost was so good this episode. Not much else to say. I’m still waiting for the animators to turn up. I guess one thing I can say is that I was hoping the toshiro and soifon fights were longer. Maybe you didn’t notice but the iron claws guy with toshiro’s bankai looks a lot like toji from JJK. Same mouth scar and everything.

Always love your Bleach reactions 🤘🏻 keep up the great work 🤘🏻 Also, I believe the reason they are saying that the Quincy don't really need to steal the Bankai to win against the Soul Reapers is because of their Voll Stern Dich. That's most likely one of the reasons they lost a thousand years ago, because the Voll Stern Dich didn't exist back then. Even though the Quincy could probably still use the now outdated Letzt Stil technique back then, that technique came with server drawbacks, like how it happened to Uryu after he fought Mayuri.

So, the reason the Quincy started off by stealing the Soul Reapers' Bankai is because Ywach doesn't like long drawn-out battles. Remember he is always saying how he hates conflict. He wanted to annihilate the enemy and the quickest way to do so is to stomp out all hope of recovery. By taking away the Soul Reapers greatest weapon, they could effectively demoralize their enemy to the point where they wouldn't put up much of a fight. Think of how Yammamoto didn't even attempt to defend himself just before Ywach cut him down. If someone clings to hope, even if it is just a sliver, they will keep fighting which is the opposite of what Ywach wanted. It's actually pretty dope writing if you ask me as it adds depth to the way Ywach thinks.
