Dope reaction as always, one thing to mention when Shigiraki was walking down the street as a child. There is a psychological phenomenon called the Bystander effect wherein in a dense population, and no one wants to help the person in need unless someone else does first. So, Shigiraki's hate stems from no one helping makes a lot of sense.
