Here some answers/clarifications to the questions you guys had about these 3 episodes, Trish’s stand is called “Spice girl”, The boss’s stand king crimson can erase time which leads to the people forgetting what happened in those 10 seconds that were erased, when the cleaning lady saw the boss, he erased time and the lady forgot about the boss because the boss erased that fragment of time in which the lady saw him (the boss explained this during his fight with buccuriarati) the boss was born with 2 different personalities and one of them is called Doppio. The boss/Doppio split personality is not part of their stand, they just have a severe case of split personality disorder which changes their physical appearance (as explained by the fortune teller when he says Doppio has changed his face and his age). The boss is the dominant personality and can come out whenever he wants. Doppio seems to be unaware that he is the boss and starts hallucinating about a phone ringing when the boss talks to him in his head.

The stand Notorious B.I.G wasn't just a random stand that was named after one of Araki's favorite artist, there was some more thought put into it. Biggie had an album that dropped after he had died called Life After Death. Even though the gang killed the stand user at the airport, the stand was still alive hence the connection from Biggie's post humous album Life After Death

There's a running thing that the boss is the antichrist since Giorno is the son of DIO (Italian for god) which obviously makes him a Jesus figure. It definitely explains the weirdness of his birth. I wonder if Araki was trying to pose the logical exercise of: Does someone with split personalities have multiple souls and by proxy multiple stands (big face and little face on King Crimson)? What would happen if one became possessed by the devil? Would only one soul become possessed? Would it influence others? Going back to the Giorno is Jesus thing, it's actually funny because it was foreshadowed back at the beginning of the second half of Part 3. When N'Doul killed himself rather than talk to Jotaro, he said that "the wicked need a wicked messiah." Also Doppio must also be a paranoid schizophrenic to hear voices and sounds (like the phone ringing) and be able to communicate with the boss like that.
