Nice one, btw it's Golden Experience, not Golden wind. When Golden Experience hits someone it's as if the person is on acid and his body is slow to react to their conscience. Ya Giorno is a Joestar hence the star birthmark on his neck. You guys have to watch the ending cause sometimes not all the time they would add some extra stuff after the credits. It think you guys missed the part where Giorno said that he used Bucciarati's broken tooth to bring it to life and make it return to him hence why he found him in the boy's body.

As long as you are part of the bloodline then you are a Joestar. You don’t have to have Joestar as your last name. Dio had Johnathans body so technically Giorno is a Joestar

Already said but sticky fingers is a rolling stones reference, back in the day they released an album called sticky fingers with a 3D album cover, it was a picture of some blue jeans but with a real zipper you could open and close on the front of the album. Which is why his stand ability uses zippers! This is the part with the most band references!

The art style changes every season to match how the manga looked. Araki changed every part and improved to. But this is pretty much his final style change and how it'll look from now on. And please listen to the outro!
