one thing i noticed is yes ichigo was keeping up, but I don't think uryu used his bow until the actual shot that hit him. maybe him using arrows without his bow is way weakerrrr

He was clearly holding back and didn't want to actually hurt Uryu, from what I saw. I don't think he really got overpowered more so he let it happen.
