Yah when I first watched Naruto and then rewatched it, I completely missed the concept of Kekkei Genkai. But yah they are basically special techniques or jutsus that can only be used by their respective blood families, which means you can't teach them to random people. You will get more explanations in the future but I would to not worry about miss remembering future techniques and abilities you see when watching the show cuz the more often you see these characters, the less likely you will forget their abilities.

Yeah... just to chime in further. Kekkei Genkai translates to Bloodline Limit. It's literally a hereditary trait passed on through your blood.

Aaaaargh, the anime's recap took off like, 4 minutes of the 23 minute episode, lol. So thankful you guys are watching a couple episodes a week. It was pain watching 1 at a time when it was originally released. But yeee, so exciting to watch this arc again---Zabuza and Haku were amazing villains for this first arc.

Its always so hard trying to get new anime fans into anime like one piece , naruto , bleach and dbz, I grew up watching those anime so im used to slow paced, filler, stretching out scenes with flashbacks , But these new anime fans are used to shit happening every ep like in mha , demon slayer and jjk
