Passive Perks

  • Windsweeper: agility is doubled on [Wind]-empowering Fields and Weathers.
  • Lightning Rod: Thunderbirds are not only immune to Lightning, but Lightning effects affecting them recharge their SP instead of inflicting damage. All Lightning spells or similar effects within twenty meters of a Thunderbird are redirected at them.
  • Lightning Talon: Thunderbird gains advanced proficiency with claws and natural weapons (x2 Damage, +10% critical hit chances). Additionally, when they attack with talons, they inflict an additional 20% Lightning damage.

Active Perks:

  • Rain Dance: 50 SP, [Water], [Support]. Changes the current weather to [Rain] for 10 minutes (empowers [Water] & [Lightning], weakens [Fire]).
  • Storm Dance: 60 SP, [Wind], [Lightning], [Support]. Changes the current weather to [Thunderstorm] for 10 minutes (empowers [Wind] & [Lightning], inflicts [Lightning] damage on exposed targets at regular intervals).
  • Lightning Bolt: 40 SP. Unleashes a powerful bolt of deadly lightning (base power 90, [Lightning] damage).

Description: creatures native of the Electon Cluster, where they are hunted by the Unity to serve as living power batteries and empower weather-control machines, Thunderbirds are lightning incarnate. Although not very bright, Thunderbirds know how to exploit their innate power over the weather to buff themselves; sometimes they even set up symbiotic relationships with communities, taking a harvest of food in exchange for summoning the rain.
