NOTE: Apologies for the MBIC delay -- we'll be catching up on MBICs soon!

Feels like this game is DM training. And a fairytale version of Beth's Warhammer nightmare.

Too good!

Congrats on the Lasik guys! I got it done in September and it has felt great waking up without needing contacts or glasses to see.

Chris Winnek

That was really fun!

Love you guys but this was pretty shit, sorry. It maybe fun if you are playing and always looking for an opening an one uping your friend but as a listener all I heard was stillted improv. Barely a single full line was said by anyone and the hight of comedy from the whole thing was a couple of piss jokes shouted over the top of someone else. Maybe next game can be collaborative.

There's a similar game I've so far only been able to find in, like, one game shop in Scotland, called Braggart. You have cards that are story components, like in this one, but each has a point value. You have to construct a story out of them that has the highest points. You can just put the cards down but it's always much more fun if everyone gets into the storytelling. But once you've finished your story, other players can call bullshit and replace your card with their own, usually crappier, ones. So you might put down, like, "Once, IN A KINGDOM FAR AWAY, I BRAVELY FACED DOWN a FIRE-BREATHING DRAGON, and THE STORY IS TOLD THROUGHOUT THE LANDS". And someone else could be like, "Actually, you RAN AWAY IN TERROR from an ADORABLE ORPHAN CHILD. But you're right, THE STORY IS TOLD THROUGHOUT THE LANDS." Then there's a bunch of scoring rules I forget. But I really miss that dang game.

You guys should try this game called BANG! The board game. Its like mafia/werewolf + league of legends. Its a cardgame board game. Or king of tokyo. Both really really really fun games

This is one of my favorites! I think what makes this game good is playing to tell a story, not necessarily win. Some funny stuff can come up! Loved the second round! I think ya’ll really came around to the rules 😂

Angela Shrader

Yeah, this game should be collaborative to actually be good. There is actually a rule they didn’t mention/follow that says each card should be a complete thought. It’s much better when it’s played that way.
