The Stamplers having a direct link to facing the Doodler and the inter generational horror aspect that Matt mentioned hit different this far into Season 2.

One thing about this series that I just adored so deeply was the Music and sound design and I really loved hearing about it! Seriously the strings when Robert died and when stuff got to much it was so haunting and all encompassing. It worked really well!

I think less is more with sound design, at least in these series. When Power Word Kill is used in S1 it's very dramatic because there's pretty much no other sound effects played during the campaign which makes it that much more dramatic.

Matt, I hear you when you say Eternal Darkness is one of your favorite games. It's my favorite, too, and I'm sad it hasn't gotten more love and attention.

DungeonBrat

In the main series, I agree. But in this one, because so very much of it is psychological and visual horror based, I think that having all of the sound design really helps me personally get into the headspace the characters are meant to be in. Going from the unsettling gooey sticky horror sounds to the nice beach sounds and peacefulness Robert went to when his mind broke was a great beat to me, and it definitely sets aside this bonus stylistically from the main series for me

I loved the scary stories!!

In my opinion I don't think Robbie's final act with the box was a futile one. If the director had opened it on his next turn, I imagine the Doodler would have been released inside the building and consumed everything and everyone in it. By jumping out of the window and summoning it outside instead, Robbie gave Stud the opportunity to snap out of his stupor and banish it from a safe distance.

I need a paranormal podcast from you guys!

I live at the base of the mountain where lake Arrowhead is and that road can be super scary at times!

This series was absolutely amazing. I would love another foray into CoC with this group.

Is there anyway we can note why we're patrons? I want to indicate that I exclusively love the horror content.

Cyberpunk 2020 for the Dad’s descendants for the next mini series please.

Anonymous

Loved this! Would love for you guys to do a Cyberpunk 2020 one shot someday!

Christopher Pete

Dear God, that would be amazing. Gotta go with the grandbabies, though. Don't wanna force the crew to RP as characters that Anthony made up.

Jamie Advincula

idk if this has been said before but what if the purple robes are some of the grandparents.........

Is there any way for you guys to re-release all 3 episodes together? I just joined and I can’t find them

Brianna M

Should this have the amod tag at the very least? So folks can find it after listening to the episodes?

faerie.fkr

Harrison Lee

Can i get that joker comic as an mbic please

Vinisa

Wait, by Cabin Pressure do you mean John Finnemore's Cabin Pressure? Because, if so, I love him

GM

I loved your CoC mini series but I have to say that the drive up story and Freddy's story in the first few minutes of this ep were 800x scarier

Oren Tuchman

If I were Freddie, I would think I was on a prank show lol

meikoisasleep
