Whee! Thanks for reacting to my suggestion! That was one of the first kpop MVs I ever saw and it totally blew my mind. The Trax were an SM rock band when SM was going through a J-rock visual kei inspired phase I guess? The Trax was one of my favorite bands when I was a kid. Super Junior had probably just debuted around the same time. You were totally right about the Final Fantasy-inspired styling the boys had going on. Also apparently I also need to check out more of Yunho’s dancing. Have you ever seen the MV for TVXQ’s Balloons? It features tiny Moonbin, tiny Chanwoo from Ikon and tiny Chani from SF9. Astro also did a cover performance of the song a few times. It’s super cute!

TVXQ had their triangle hair era so future groups could do without lmaooo. Also this was their debut album and it always floors me that they were all like 18. Changmin was SIXTEEN. And I know there are groups today with teens, but him being that young and having that voice even then just hits different. And to answer your question, Yunho was always the leader of TVXQ. I'm not sure if JYJ technically had a leader when they went their separate ways from TVXQ, but if I had to guess I'd say it was Jaejoong. Don't know for sure. I haven't seen that Spotlight dance performance yet! I saw the dance mv they released, but this was cool with all the different angles of focus. I never get tired of watching Yunho dance. It would be very interesting to see your ranking of dancers.
