YAY, we finally reached the captain cypher! It’s been a while since I watched S3 so I’ve forgotten what happens in each specific episode 😅 Although I admire all captains (Jackson’s creativity, Lay’s perfectionism, and Wallace’s drive) my favorite captain is Yibo because of his dance style and I feel like he’s the most “street dance” of all of them, if that makes sense? I prefer season 3 (although season 4 might be my fave just for the amount of dancing the captains get to do, you’ll go crazy over some of the captain + dancer pair combos) over seasons 1-2 because I like the format of the show better, and I like the captains more too. Season 5 sadly doesn’t give the captains any dance time which is why I didn’t bother including it 😅 (in fact there are variety show game segments which totally threw me off, like it’s a STREET DANCE show give me battles!) Also because you were curious, in this season: Wallace - 46 Lay - 29 Jackson - 26 Yibo - 23 Also that last bit at the end is the hot pot session they have after every episode where they talk and decompress! It’s called “Let’s Chat” and jiaersubs also added english subtitles to season 3’s episodes: https://twitter.com/i/events/1318741007509319680?s=21&t=Y-LCJGlPRkv8KuAv5B-u5g

Hey hey!! I totally agree with your stance on the judge's battle and who you thought was the better "street dancer ". I think you hit the nail on the head, about creativity and perfectionism. As much as Lay and Jackson are phenomenal dancers, Yibo is the only one that would genuinely make me reconsider if I had to go against him, it's almost like you can feel his battle scars ( battle experience ) through his ability to adapt to different dance style depending on the track being played. When he started Krumping... that's when I thought he had it in the win as it showed his versatility and range of styles in street dance. (even though Lay is a better overall krumper) Alos thanks for letting me know their ages at that current time , absolute legend =D
