CLS 1.0 & 1.5 (Patreon)

I know always people goes for the latest updates.. because it contains new things and fixes. But this time, old cls has also some special streetlights like cyberpunk streetlights, lighting TECHNIQUES, and etc, but before installing this, you will have to grab lodlights.rpf and vfxfogvolume.ymt from 2.0 cls or from wls 4.0 and install those and grab the streetlights from this cls 1.0.
