The "EARLY ACCES" version gives more improvement and 
more technical improvements such as , High Dynamic Spot -
Range Lights Technology, Volumetric Fog, High Quality Color 
Assets. 




To Install the MOD , simply Open OPENIV and go into the 
EDIT MODE. After then you will have to select the LEDS 
Favourtie Colors !. Select your lovely colors. Remember 
Streetlights are depending on your selection so take your time
and boom it !.
Features :-

⦁ HDSRL - High Dynamic Spot Range Lights Technology. Is 
Ultimate feature of this MOD. With supporting of the 
  Ultimate artificial lighting Technology. NOTE may cause
FPS DROPS because of the high quality. To Avoid the FPS 
DROPS please configure the in-game Shadow Settings.

will change the colors , depends on your selection. 
 
⦁ HORROR EDITION DLC , Introducing Headlight Nights 
  in overall world , fits PERFECT for who loves to drive the
