Spying one of the magician siblings, Chlorinde didn't hesitate to fire first and ask questions later. Although the shrinking worked. It was incredibly slow. Realising she had been fired upon, Lynette sprung into action, engaging in combat. 

As the cat-girl began to shrink faster and faster as time ramped up, her combat capabilities grew worse, the only "injury" she was able to inflict was grabbing Chlorinde's ankles, ripping her boots off.

Firing a second shot to shrink her even faster, Chlroinde stared down the now bug-sized Fatui agent, raising her bare foot above the threat. An angry scowl from the embarrassing duel, Chlorinde contemplated just ending things there, but still had the courtesy to give her opponent a chance to concede the battle.
