First Panel- Now that the initially shock of Milo stealing his clothes has worn off, Leo's pissed. He may be a softie 99% of the time, but just about anyone would be pissed in this situation...

Second Panel- ...Especially considering how much of a dick Milo is.

Third Panel- Much like what he did with Lisbeth, when he says that he "gave" the clothes to the girls, he actually just threw the garments at them while he ran by. These two aren't going to react in the same anxious confusion Lis did...

Fourth Panel- and right on cue as Milo calls these girls bitches, one of them walks up right behind him, Leo's shirt in hand...

Milo may be a dick, but in the words of Qui Gon Jinn: "There's always a bigger fish..."
