In regards to the last question about Newcastle, having just been there for a holiday, there is something about the city and area that I really liked. It gives off this being home vibe and has this sort of calm vibes to it. I liked it over there, I'm hoping to go back in the future, and it was just really nice there. I'm from a small town in New York so I relate to being from someplace else and wanting to get out and go elsewhere.

Just to let you know Peter I don’t just know British culture from those two shows…I also watched absolutely fabulous. In reality my innate curiosity leads me to learn about how other cultures and how they perceive the neanderthal racist fascist nation I’ve found myself in. I like to err on the side of caution when consuming cultural media in case its merely a romanticized view of itself, like the elaborate myths you see in American movies. Honestly watching triplejump and vidiots has given me a much clearer view of how regular British people live and despite a shared language and history is vastly different in so many small ways.
